15 killed, 44 injured in a blast at bus stand in Jamrud

PESHAWAR: In Khyber Agency‚ at least fifteen-people have been killed and forty-four injured in a blast at a bus stand in main Jamrud Bazaar.
The blast took place in front of the Political Agent’s office located in Jamrud bazaar. The nearby shops and some vehicles were damaged in the explosion.

Following the blast fire engulfed the shops in the surrounding areas.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and rescue operation is continuing.
Police sources said the explosives were kept on a vehicle
The injured and dead bodies have been shifted to Hyatabad Medical Complex and Khyber Teaching Hospital‚ Peshawar.
