In a statement he said that it is the right of the people to protest because this film has hurt their sentiments. But, it is vitally important to show one’s emotions without destroying property or attacking the police, he added.
Mr. Khan said that by setting fire to buses or other public property we are hurting no one but our selves. Attacking the police too is counter productive because the police personnel also feel the same kind of anger about the blasphemous movie as do the people of Pakistan.
