Four more fall prey to violence in Karachi

Karachi: violence and target killing continued in Karachi where at least four tortured dead bodies were found from different localities of the city, officials said on Thursday.
According to police sources, the gunmen opened fire on two people, identified as Adeel and Zaheer, early in the morning near Filmistan Cinema in Labela leaving one dead on the spot and one severely wounded.

The wounded man succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital.
Balochistan Police Sub Inspector Mazhar was killed overnight in a firing incident at Naval Colony, Baldia Town.
In a separate incident of firing, a 20-year-old young man’s dead body was found from Bismillah Stop, Korangi.
Another youth was shot dead at Maymar Moud. Following the incident, the grieved family staged protest against the killing at Kamran Chowrangi. The protesters blocked the roads, burnt tyres and chanted slogans.
