PESHAWAR: A bomb planted beside a road in Tehsil Jamroad of Khyber Agency detonated on Friday morning just after the NATO containers crossed the place.

This gave way to fears among the residents of the area.

Sources said the aim of the miscreants was to destroy the NATO containers that passed from the same route.

No loss of life was reported.
