RAWALPINDI: Shameful violations of Ramadan's sanctity by unscrupulous eaters, a smoker has become quite a public affair, and is on constant rise.
Shameless eaters / smokers can be openly observed eating and smoking publicly in some hotels of City's cantonment and city hotels and restaurants, while authorities turn blind eye towards the practice.
