RAWALPINDI: The secretaries of TMA 's union councils have started indulging in nefarious practices of making fake birth certificates, in return of handsome graft.

These birth certificates are the sole responsibility of EDO health and tehsildars only.

It is pertinent to remember that NADRA computerized birth certificates can help school admissions, but are useless for official documentations and foreign investments.

Officials have been requested to take notice of the crime.
