He said this while addressing a big gathering of men and women at Abdullah Araeen and Shaikh Roshan villages.
“I promise to the people that after the restoration of the Bahawalpur province, a new era of progress and prosperity in the region will start. With the Grace of Almighty Allah and the strength of unity in their ranks, the people have brought the goal of the restoration of the Bahawalpur province closer,” he said.
Muhammad Ali Durrani said that the people of Bahawalpur did not struggle for the restoration of the province to protect the oppressive system or again leaving the people at its mercy, adding that they would provide a new system and new leadership to the masses by ending the oppressive system.
Describing the Movement for the Restoration of the Bahawalpur Province as a movement for securing the future of the youth of the area, he said that “with the willing of God not only the province is soon going to be restored but the people of Bahawalpur would also teach a lesson to those who tried to hinder the movement for the restoration of the province.”
“After the restoration of the province, new universities, hospitals, districts and tehsils will be established and every district will have industrial zone. The volume of first budget of the province will be Rs125 billion, 70 percent of which will be spent on development while only 30 percent of the budget will be allocated for the non-development expenditure,” he said.
