Six costal guards killed in Gawadar

GAWADAR: At least six security personnel were killed and four others injured as gunmen attacked a check-post in Pishikan area of Gawadar on Saturday, officials said.
According to Levis Forces, unidentified gunmen opened fire on a security check post of costal guards at Pishkan, suburb area of Gawadar, second largest sea port of the country, leaving six guards dead and injured to four others.

According to Levis Forces, unidentified gunmen opened fire on a security check post of costal guards at Pishkan, suburb area of Gawadar, second largest sea port of the country, leaving six guards dead and injured to four others.
According to a local journalist, the checkpost is situated at the entrance point of Pishkan, an area of Baloch fishermen.
The gunmen managed to escape following the attack. Heavy contingent of forces rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area.
A search operation was also launched in the area. The wounded personnel were shifted to Gawadar Hospital.
