QUETTA: One person was killed while two sustained severe injuries in separate incidents here on Saturday.

As per details in the area of Osta Muhammad some unknown persons over old enmity opened indiscriminate firing on Zaman Khokhar and fled away from the spot. As a result he died on the spot.

On getting information police reached the spot and took the dead body into custody. The dead body was shifted to hospital for autopsy. After completing legal formalities it was handed over to his heirs.

Police registered the case and started further investigation.

In another incident a 12-year-old boy sustained severe injuries in Daki due to explosion of a toy bomb.

As per details in the area of Daki near Nasir Abad one boy Muhammad Hussain sustained injuries in small explosion. He was rushed to local hospital for first aid. Further investigation is carried on by administration.

In another incident one man sustained injuries owing to resisting snatching of his motorcycle in Dera Allah Yar.

As per details some unknown armed person attempted to snatch motorcycle from Ashiq Hussain when he resisted the robbery the snatcher opened fire on him. As a result he sustained severe injuries and criminals escaped from the spot.

Police rushed the injured person into hospital. Separate case has been registered and started further investigation.
