ISLAMABAD: Stamp-sellers in district katchehry, Islamabad are looting the citizens by creating artificial shortage of stamp-papers.

According to the citizens, stamp-sellers are receiving a price for stamp-papers more than the usual prices.

Price of stamp-papers has been multiplied three times.

It has also been alleged that the shortage of stamp-paper is artificial and is aimed at multiplying the prices of ordinary stamp-papers.

The administration has turned a deaf ear to the grievances of the citizens, aggravating the problem further.
