Under this permanent solution all commercial and domestic water connection record would be computerized.
An impartial, private party would be conducting a survey this year, which would be duty, paid for its services.
Under this plan WASA would provide the party with list of all water connection holders in the city.
A Survey team would visit every home in 45 union council of Rawal town.
They would demand water bills and would prepare a new list.
During the survey, the connection of defaulters would be suspended or they would be issued a warning.
After domestic survey, the teams will survey the commercial bills of markets in the city. These steps would ensure 100 percent recovery of water bills.
