Talking to the media here on Thursday, he said that the function of parliament is to secure the rights of the nation but here the situation is diametrically opposite as all the law makers are ‘thugs’ who have nothing to do with the rights of the people.
He said that the country is confronted with challenging problems while the leadership of PML-N has escaped to London, perhaps, for rest.
He said that there is no difference between the PPP and the PML-N as both of them have been enjoying rule in the name of so-called democracy. When general polls are at a foot; both of them have started playing their tactics in order to befool the nation for their vested interests.
Throwing light on new amended bill regarding contempt of court, he said that rulers have made law as a puppet for their benefits; that is why they are clashing with the courts of the country.
He made it clear that the PTI would stand by the Supreme Court which is sole protector to the civil rights as well as a stumbling block in the way of cruel and corrupt politicians.
