The three member bench of Supreme Court was hearing the case regarding the appointment of judges in special courts on Tuesday . The bench was headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary .
The CJP said in his remarks that the criminals are freed due to lack of judges and discredit goes to the court.
During hearing Deputy Attorney General told the bench that there is not any judge in Anti Corruption Court Karachi since 25 May 2011.
Chief Justice asked the Deputy Attorney General that the court does not understand that why federal government is delaying the appointment of judges.
Justice Jawad Khawaja said that the necessary implementation is the characteristic of the parliament , and if the judge would not there , form where the process begins , rhen who this due process would be completed.
The court issued instructions that the judges should be appointed within three days in Anti Corruption Court Karachi and Hyderabad. In addition to this all the vacant posts of judges in the court must be filled at an early date.
The bench mentioned in its written order that the judges are not posted to Banking Courts and Accountability Courts , so the culprits are laying in the jails without any trial, and the courts would have to release them on this ground.
