ORAKZAI AGENCY: At least eight militants were killed on Tuesday during a crackdown in Mamuzai and Bootakhel areas of Orakzai Agency.

According to details, the forces shelled the hideouts of the militants in Bootakhel of Upper Dir area, killing eight militants including three important militant commanders Waheed Ilyas, Ihsan Ullah alias China Gull and Ilyas Muhammad Din. Meanwhile, the security forces proc eeded towards different parts of Mamuzai and occupied on various hideouts of militants.

On the other hand, the locals started move towards safe places due to ongoing clashes and continuous cross firing between security forces and militants.
