In his recent statement, he bereted certain elements for giving the general impression that there was any face-off between Riaz Malik and Supreme Court.
“Just because Riaz Malik had presented proofs against a person, does not mean that it was government’s conspiracy against Supreme Court”, he opined. Adding that the perception of associating any case against government in Supreme Court should also be eschewed.
Chaudhry Shujat has demanded setting up of an investigative commission to ascertain facts.
He said that no sane, prudent mind could think of stigmatizing the Supreme Court through the issue.
