Rs 400 million tax outstandings collected from Rawal Town

RAWALPINDI: Administrator Rawal Town has sped up its efforts collect tax outstanding from defaulting shops of the area.
The defaulting shops, businesses are being sealed by Town municipal officer Chaudhry Liaqat Ali, under the supervision of taxation officer Shahzad Gohar until payments from these have been received.

Public coordination departments have announced that during the operations Rs 400, million were recovered in outstandings; while the campaign would be carried out until the remaining 59 lakhs have recovered as well.
