CM asks federal govt to shift Dr Shakil

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, Amir Hyder Khan Hoti has requested the Federal Government to shift Dr Shakil Afridi to any other place in the country.

Talking to a private TV channel he said that Dr Afridi life is in danger as terrorist are imprisoned in the central jail Peshawar.

“It would be a wise decision to shift Dr Afridi from Peshawar,” Hoti said.

He further said security arrangements around the jail have been beefed up.

While talking about the budget he said that the federal government has presented a balanced budget. Relief has been given in those areas where it was need, he added.

Hoti added that the provinces are facing several problems and even coalition in provinces and center cannot present an ideal budget.

Ameer Hoti said, “We would present the best Provincial budget despite limited resources”.
