KARACHI: President Asif Zardari has directed to review the cases made against the people of Liyari and to improve the law and order situation there without any political victimization.

He was talking to Abdul Qadir Patel and Yousaf Baluch , members of committee constituted on the condition of Liyari at Bilawal House Karachi. The committee informed the president about the case made against the people of Liyari after the recent operation and firing on Mohabat Sindh Rally

He said that the real culprits behind the firing incident on rally may be apprehended immediately so that law and order situation could be improved in Liyari.

Later speaking to the journalists, Abdul Qadir Patel said that neither Rehman Malik is aware of Liyari nor he knows the political importance of the area. He said that although the people are angry but Liyari is still in the hands of PPP. Responding a question he said if Uzair Baluch wants to do politics, it is his right and no body can snatch it from him.
