Levies Check post attacked in Balochistan

AWARAN: Some unknown armed person’s attacked a levies check post at Jhoi area of Balochistan here on Saturday and made away with their weapons after holding them hostage.
According to details in the district of Awaran at Jhoi near Nadar some unknown armed assailants attacked a levies check post, held the levis hostage and set their vehicle on fire and fled with their weapons.

Senior Deputy Commissioner Ahsan Rind confirming the incident said that armed persons took five Kalashnikovs of levies force. However the area has been cordoned off and the assailants would be nabbed soon
It merits mentioning that few days back some unknown armed persons also attack on Levies force and took weapons from them. Government of Balochistan taking serious notice had suspended deputy Commissioner of Turbut and Naib Tehsiladar Balida.
