LPG price reduced by Rs 5

ISLAMABAD: The Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) producers and marketing companies reduced the prices by Rs 5 and after this reduction prices of domestic cylinder would be reduced by Rs 60 and commercial cylinder would be reduced by Rs 240.

Chairman of LPG distribution association Irfan Khokhar said that the new prices would be implemented immediately.

He said that LPG prices in Karachi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Sakhar, Haiderabad, Sadiqabad, Multan, Dera Ghazi khan and Bahawalpur would be Rs 90 per kg and domestic cylinder would available at Rs 1030.

In Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Jehlum, Dera Ismail khan, Kohat would be Rs 100 per kg and domestic cylinder would be available at Rs 1150. Irfan Khokhar said that price of LPG in Muree would be Rs 105 per kg and domestic cylinder would be Rs 1210.

Gilgit Baltistan, FATA, Balakot, Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir, Mansehra, Nathyagali and Swat LPG prices would be Rs 110 per kg and domestic cylinder would be available at Rs 1270.

The Chairman LPG distribution has welcomed the decision of the government and termed it a good step for the people.
