Nawaz still a popular leader among masses: Muhammad Zarif

LONDON: Muhammad Zarif, member of PML-N said that the arrival of PML-N Quaid Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would shake the government of the sitting rulers adding that the day was not far when democracy will flourish in the country with the arrival of party Quaid.

He said that views expressed by Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for the uplift and restoration of democracy during his first ever address in Britain were greeted throughout the world.

"Democratic people have got an idea through his statements and people from all walks of life have assured Nawaz Sharif of their full cooperation. And it clearly shows that the day is not far away when the democracy will prevails in the country", he said.

He further said that Nawaz Sharif was still a popular leader among the masses and was the center of the wishes and aspiration of the people. Nawaz Sharif could not be kept apart from the masses forcefully, he added.

The political changes in the country are sole purpose of the masses. The military rule in the country has nothing to do with the people problems of growing hike in prices, unemployment and surge in prices of oil products, he held.
