Saad Rafiq calls for issuance of production orders of Javed Hashmi

ISLAMABAD: PML-N Jailed MNA, Khawaja Saad Rafiq has thanked treasury and opposition members for extending help in issuance of his production orders and urged that Javed Hashmi be also given the right to represent people of his constituency by issuing his production orders.

He said this while participating in the debate on Karachi bomb blast in NA on Thursday. The production orders have enhanced the prestige of the house. Bringing a jailed assembly member to the house is a vital step.

" I have no grudge against any one as I was apprehended for participating in rally against publication of sacrilegious cartoons. Whosoever believes in parliamentary system can not be terrorist", he said.

He cautioned that Karachi, Hungu incidents are conspiracies to pit Shiite and Sunnis against each other. Karachi bomb blast is a conspiracy to pitch two larger groups of MQM and Ahl-e-Sunnat against each other.

He demanded that the army should return to barracks and Benazir Bhutto, Nawaz Sharif and Altaf Hussain be allowed to return to Pakistan to join political process.
