Indian delegation to visit Pakistan via Monabao-Khokhrapar route on Jan 30 UMARKOT: The much-awaited 100- members’ Indian delegation would visit Pakistan’s, Sindh Province via Monabao -Khokhrapar route on January 30. The delegation would be led by former Indian Foreign Minister Yaswant Singh and would consist of various movie stars, socialites, and mixture of Muslims and Hindu citizens of India. The delegation would arrive at the Monabao-Khokhrapar Border and proceed to Karachi from there in a caravan of safari jeeps. The visiting delegation also includes the Hur followers of Sindhi spiritual leader Pir Pagara belonging from Jaisalamir, and Rajhistan areas. These persons belong from the Nathri and Rahman Tribes. The Delegation would also visit Umarkot Press Club, and the historical Umarkot Fortress. The delegation would reach Karachi on 30th Jan, and on 01st Feb they would perform their Hindu rites and return to Karachi on the 02nd Feb. On 04th Feb the delegation would visit historical Hyderabad, and pay their respects to the shrine of Sehwan Sharif. On 05th Feb the Delegation would depart from Hyderabad for Umarkot and spend a night at Rana Jageer. On 07th the delegation would depart back to India, by road as usual. On 29th Jan the chairman of Peoples India Forum would arrive in Umarkot, to finalize a program for a Pakistani delegation which would use the same rout for its journey to India , and would be welcomed by Yaswant Singh. |
