PPP CEC to meet on Nov 13 instead of 10 ISLAMABAD: The meeting of the Central Executive Committee of the Pakistan Peoples’ Party would be held on November 13 at presidency, informed sources said on Saturday. Earlier, the meeting was scheduled for November 10. The meeting, to be chaired by President Asif Ali Zardari would discuss the present overall situation of the country, NRO, 17th Amendment, 58-2b, Balochistan and other important issues. During the meeting, sources said, party members would be taken into confidence on the ongoing operations in Waziristan. When Online contacted PPP Secretary Information Fauzia Wahab in this regard, she confirmed the change of date, saying, the meeting now would be held on Nov 13 instead of 10. |
