PM cancels transfer orders of police officer to Balochistan under special favor from top judicial functionary ISLAMABAD : Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani has cancelled transfer orders of a police officer Syed Mubeen Ahmad to Balochistan under special favor from a top judicial functionary and his services have been shifted to government of Punjab again while transfer orders of another police officer Bilal Keemana to Balochistan has been cancelled as chief minister Punjab Shahbaz Shahbaz is favoring him. Establishment division sources told Online Thursday the prime minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani had transferred the services of four police officers including Raja Riffat, Farhan Beg, Syed Ahmad MubeeN and Bilal Keemana to Balochistan a month earlier but all the four officers did not report arrival in Balochistan due to security situation. They intensified their efforts to seek withdrawal of their posting orders as it was mandatory for every federal police officer to spend at least one and half year in Balochistan who is transferred there as per federal government policy on transfer and postings. SSP Administration Lahore, Syed Ahmad Mubeen got his transfer orders withdrawn through a telephonic call from key judicial functionary to the prime minister. Syed Ahmad Mubeen introduces him as nephew of this top judicial functionary while in fact he is not nephew of this judicial functionary and on the other hand he was neighbor of this judicial functionary in Quetta. Syed Ahmad Mubeen had good relationship with this judicial functionary and the former took advantage of these friendly relations and got his notification on transfer to Balochistan cancelled and had assumed the charge as SSP Admn Lahore again. |
