3 Iranian nationals belonging to banned organization arrested

TURBAT: The security forces have apprehended three Iranian nationals for their alleged involvement in deadliest attacks on Iran’s elite military institution in the Pishin district of Sistan Province near the border with Pakistan.

A Private TV Channel quoted sources as saying the arrested Iranian national belongs to Jundallah terrorist organization involved in attack on Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.

It may be recalled here Abdul Malik Rigi, the head of Jundallah terrorist organization claimed the responsibility of suicide attack on Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.

Iranian Interior Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar visited Pakistan last month and demanded crackdown against Jundallah terrorist organization in Pakistan.

Sources said that the arrested three Iranian nationals were allegedly involved in chalking out planning of suicide attack on Iran’s elite military institution. Crackdown against Jundallah terrorists’ organization has also been underway on the directives of interior Minister Rehman Malik, sources added.
