Kashmir Council to give special package for tourism in AJK, says PM MUZAFFARABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani on Friday underlined that in view to promote Tourism in Azad Kashmir, special package will be given from Kashmir Council. While talking to AJK minister for Tourism MQM’s Tahir Khokhar, Prime Minister said that special steps and measures will be taken to develop the tourism industry in AJK. Special steps, he said is being taken in Neelum Valley, Chakar, Rawalakot, and other tourist attraction places in the said area. PM said that undoubtedly AJK is a tourist attraction and people from far away places tend to visit them frequently. Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Tourism Minister, Tahir Khokhar said that AJK would be made more attractive for the tourists through launching development projects in the liberated area. AJK, Tourism Minister, Tahir Khokhar said that new development projects regarding the promotion of tourism would be launched in the state. He said that Tourism Industry in AJK is quite vast and in view to yield better results, more work is required. PM said that government will ensure that Tourism Industry is promoted while special package will be given from Kashmir Council. |
