Interior Ministry summons Dr Fauzia

KARACHI: Interior Ministry has formally summoned Dr Fauzia Sadiqui, Sister of detained Dr Aafia Sadiqui, in Islamabad.

Dr Fauzia Sadiqui had to address a Press Conference but now it has been postponed after she was summoned in Interior Ministry.

While talking to a Private TV, Dr Fauzia Sadiqui made it clear that Government has failed to produce Substantial Results concerning her sister’s detention in US.

She said that she wanted to hold a Press Conference in Karachi Press Club to expose some of the facts but she has been called to Islamabad after getting a formal message from Interior Ministry and Foreign Ministry in this regard.

Meanwhile Dr Fauzia Sadiqui has left for Islamabad.
