ECP has come upto its expectations: Kanwar Dilshad

ISLAMABAD: The secretary Election Commission of Pakistan, (ECP) Kanwar Dilshad has expressed his satisfaction at the fact that Election Commission had fulfilled its expectations of holding free, fair and transparent elections.

While addressing the single-day media workshop being held under the auspices of IFES, which was also attended by country director Staffon Darnolf and media representatives, he reminded that even the foreign observers and all political parties have testified to this great service to the Nation, as rendered by ECP.

He said that EU delegates and observer groups had termed the elections of maintaining highest global standards, for which the ECP deserved laurels, and thanked UNDP and USAID for assisting in the electoral process.
