Muzaffargarh road mishap claims 22 lives MULTAN: Atleast 22 people were killed and 40 injured after a passenger coach collided with an oil tanker near Muzaffargarh on Sunday. The accident occurred when passenger coach No RPG-984 of Al-Farid transport collided with Oil tanker No PR-9091 which was coming from Ali Pur. About 65 commuters were on board the coach. The eye witnesses told that the accident was so severe that both coach and oil tanker penetrated into each other. The bodies of the victims were mutilated miserably and had became un-identifiable. Drivers of both the coach and oil tanker were also killed in the accident. The DPO Muzaffargarh Rai Tahir told Online that 22 commuters lost their lives and 40 sustained injuries. The injured and bodies were shifted to civil hospital. However no documents proving the identity of victims have been found.
